Volunteer with our Sherman Creek Stewards

Protect and monitor an important shoreline habitat. Great for volunteers interested in wetland ecology and shoreline habitat restoration. What you’ll do: 

• Remove litter and invasive plants 
• Assist with water quality and wildlife monitoring  
• Help care for one of Northern Manhattan’s largest remaining wetland  
• Learn about public shoreline stewardship from NYRP staff
