Join us for shoreline stewardship and monitoring activities. Get to know the Sherman Creek wetlands while helping them thrive. Activities will including invasive plant removal, litter cleanup, water quality and wildlife monitoring.
Where: Riley-Levin Teaching Garden at Sherman Creek Park, near PS 05, on 10th Avenue with Dyckman Street.

When: one Saturday per month, from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
Snacks and water will be provided. We encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle.
Directions to the Meeting Point (Sherman Creek Stewards): The park entrance is north of PS 5 Ellen Lurie on 10th Avenue, between Dyckman St. and Academy St. Follow the nature trail east and you will find the garden entrance on your right, next to the school’s parking lot. Google Maps may route you through the bike path, which has better accessibility, but we recommend the route through the woodchip trail as shown in the map.
