Volunteer with our Highbridge Forest Crew

Restore and care for Northern Manhattan’s urban forest in Highbridge Park. Great for volunteers interested in forest ecology, woodland stewardship, and hands-on restoration work. What you’ll do:

Remove invasive species and clear debris
Support native tree and understory plantings
Help maintain trails and forest edges
Learn about urban forest stewardship from NYRP staff
