Members of NYRP’s Chairman’s Council provide valuable knowledge and resources to support our Board of Trustees and staff in advancing our work and mission.
Chairman’s Council membership offers year-round opportunities to become more involved with our work, including invitations to events—such as intimate group tours of our parks and gardens—and the chance to engage with other champions of our work including Trustees and fellow Council members. Additionally, Council members have the option to join a Board committee related to their area of expertise.
In addition to an annual financial commitment, Chairman’s Council members partner with us to help expand our network and engage other interested partners in our work. Most importantly, being a Chairman’s Council member means having a passionate commitment to advancing NYRP’s mission of ensuring clean, green open space for all New Yorkers.
