Pembroke Avenue Community Garden
All NYRP community gardens hold a minimum of 20 open hours per week. Please check the bulletin board at the garden for times and details.
My fondest memories are planting and painting in the garden with the pre-schoolers and girl scouts like we have done in past years. This is everyone’s backyard and where the community gets together.Karen Dinegar
This treasured neighborhood space has been a community garden and playground since 1925. Its shady trees make it a very popular site during the summer months and schoolchildren enjoy using this large garden to play and engage with the outdoors. The garden’s table and gazebo are also often used by neighborhood residents for picnics and community gatherings.
This garden is available for adoption. Contact email@example.com for more information.
