Brewing Magical Compost Tea

Turn your compost into garden magic with the Lower Eastside Ecology Center and NYRP’s Urban Ag team! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to brew compost tea, a liquid form of compost that acts like a probiotic for your soil. Stretch your compost further while harnessing the power of beneficial microbes to support healthier plants and richer soil. We’ll cover the basics of soil science, best practices for brewing, and simple recipes to help you get started in your compost tea journey!

NOTE: REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS WORKSHOP. Attendance will be capped at 25 people, after which anyone else who registers will be automatically be added to a waitlist.
