Join Embodied Earth at the Dorothy Strelsin Memorial’s lush community garden to experience hillary bonhomme’s vibrant, sweeping compositions. Returning to Embodied Earth’s stage for the second year in a row, the composer, and multi-disciplinary artist will draw from her music-social practice to explore the spectrum of human relationships in the Anthropocene. Following the concert, hillary will share more about her work in an artist’s talkback.

About hillary bonhomme:
hillary bonhomme is a performer, composer, and multidisciplinary artist originally from southwest Louisiana and based in New York for the past 10 years. bonhomme’s interest in writing music began with her work as a radio producer, which led to composing and performing her original music. Her solo act has toured across the United States and abroad. her debut album ‘i and you’ is now available on Bandcamp and SoundCloud.

In 2026, bonhomme was an artist in residence at Jentel Artist Residency in Banner, Wyoming, a Banff musician in residence at Banff Center for Arts and Creativity, and the House of Cards at the Honey Locust Residency in Arnaudville, Louisiana. Last year, she traveled to Crete, Greece for the Mudhouse residency.

bonhomme is the founder and director of glacial humming, a music-social practice where participants sing and connect through hillary’s concept pieces for ensemble.
