Tree Giveaway: I.S. 318 Project Roots Community Garden and Councilmember Lincoln Restler

This event is hosted at I.S. 318 Project Roots Community Garden in partnership with Councilmember Lincoln Restler. 

UPDATE: All available trees have been reserved for this event, but walk-up recipients are welcome to pick up a tree during the second hour of the giveaway, from 3:00 p.m. onwards.  All remaining trees are first-come, first-served until all trees are distributed. We always have trees remaining for the second hour for anyone who missed the chance to register in advance.

Native tree species to be distributed include: American Beech, American Plum, Eastern Redbud, Swamp White Oak, Sweetbay Magnolia, and White Fringe Tree.

Please note that tree sizes vary. Be prepared to transport up to a two-gallon pot size.
