NYRP’s Back-To-School Backpack Bonanza – Target Bronx Community Garden

Join the garden group at Target Bronx Community Garden, Wilde Flowers & Books, Chef Brandy Cochrane, and NYRP for a free backpack and school supply giveaway on Saturday, August 30 from 12 pm – 2 pm.

This event will also feature a cooking demo facilitated by Chef Brandy Cochrane. Brandy is a chef, recipe developer, teacher, author, and co-founder of the plant-based wellness tech company Plant Candy. She is passionate about using the power of plants to improve both the personal and professional lives of individuals. Brandy will lead a demonstration on how to prepare the foods growing at Target Bronx and gardens around NYC!

Please note: Supplies will be distributed while available. To receive school supplies, children must attend!
