Volunteer: Sherman Creek Stewards

Help out at the farm in Sherman Creek Park. We will care for the edible forest garden, berry patches, fruit trees, and raised beds in the Riley-Levin Children’s Garden. We will also process the compost made on site. Come enjoy the garden and learn a bit about sustainable gardening.

Sherman Creek Stewards will meet in Swindler Cove at Sherman Creek Park. Please enter the park just north of PS 5 (3703 10th Ave., New York, NY 10034) and follow the wood chip path to the gated section of the park, Swindler Cove. We will gather at the picnic tables near the small park building and bathroom.
