NYRP x Bissel Workshop: Shiitake Mushroom Logs

Join NYRP’s Urban Ag team to learn how to grow Shiitake mushrooms on logs. This hands on workshop will include plenty of opportunity to practice drilling and filling shiitake logs, as well as an introduction and overview to the art and science of growing edible mushrooms on logs in New York City.

NOTE: Registration is required for this workshop. ATTENDANCE WILL BE CAPPED AT 25 PEOPLE, after which anyone else who registers will automatically be added to a waitlist.
