This event is organized by Aberdeen Community Garden.
From the event organizer: We are an accessibility & beginner-minded community. All classes will offer a variety of modifications. All kinds of bodies and all levels of practice are welcome.
Classes are sliding scale donation-based $10-20, with no one turned away due to lack of funds.
Mats are available, if you have your own we ask you BYOM (Bring your own mat) to ensure supplies are available for beginner yogis.
