Tree Giveaway: Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Garden

This event is hosted at Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Garden. Please join NYC Audubon at 8:30 a.m. for a birding tour of the gardens!

UPDATE: All available trees have been reserved for this event, but walk-up recipients are welcome to pick up a tree during the second hour of the giveaway, from 11:00 a.m. onwards. All remaining trees are first-come, first-served until all trees are distributed. We typically have trees remaining for the second hour for anyone who missed the chance to register in advance.

Native tree species to be distributed include: American Beech, Black Gum, Eastern Redbud, Elderberry, Red Maple, Sycamore, Washington Hawthorn, and Witchhazel.

Please be prepared to transport a two-gallon pot size.
