Dance & Yoga in the Garden: Vinyasa Yoga

Join the Sweet Water Dance & Yoga team this Saturday, August 20, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at NYRP’s Target Bronx Community Garden in The Bronx for a free yoga class!

This class will be a Vinyasa yoga class—a strengthen-focused style of Hatha yoga. Participants will tone, stretch and detox the body, mind, and spirit through vigorous movement.

All levels welcome!
