Join NYRP’s Urban Ag team for an introduction to ginger cultivation from seed piece to harvest. This hands-on session will focus on the early stages of the process: cutting ginger hands into seed pieces and how to germinate seed pieces indoors. It will also include an overview of what to expect over the course of a growing season in NYC.
