Join NYRP’s Urban Ag team for an introduction to the winter garden planning process. This classroom-based session will focus on the basics: companion plants, timing, successions, and more. It will also include an overview of the crop planning process that NYRP uses in it’s demonstration garden, as well as a presentation of some tools and tips that growers can bring back to their spaces to continue the process with their garden groups.
Please be advised that this workshop is being repeated twice, on Feb-7 and Feb-14. The content in both sessions will be identical. The Feb-7 session will be delivered in English with Bengali interpretation. The Feb-14 session will be delivered in English with Spanish interpretation. English-preferred participants are free to attend the time that is most convenient for them.
NOTE: Registration is required for this workshop. ATTENDANCE WILL BE CAPPED AT 15 PEOPLE, after which anyone else who registers will automatically be added to a waitlist.
