Genny is a Nutrition &amp\; Fitness Coach specializing in Autoimmune Health\, a Chef\, and a Public Speaker. Her focus is empowering women and communities to take control of their health through holistic healing practices\, including mindful eating and movement. Genny will lead a demonstration on how to prepare the foods growing at Essex and gardens around NYC! \nPlease note: Supplies will be distributed while available.
