Dance & Yoga in the Garden: Hatha Yoga

Join the Sweet Water Dance & Yoga team this Saturday, August 27, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at NYRP’s Target Bronx Community Garden in The Bronx for a free yoga class!

This class will unify body and mind with gentle movements. The class will end with breathing practice, and guided deep relaxation.

All levels welcome!
