Shannon Szoke Joins NYRP's Board of Trustees
New York Restoration Project is thrilled to welcome Shannon Szoke as the newest member to join our Board of Trustees. She shares our conviction that access to nature is a fundamental human right and we look forward to working with her to advance NYRP’s environmental justice work.

Shannon Szoke is Director of Global Sales – Financial Services for Delta Air Lines. In this role, she is responsible for leading a strong global sales team focused on maximizing premium revenue and corporate share with the world’s largest banks and financial investment firms.
Shannon is a results-driven Delta leader with 29 years of service, well known for her abilities to challenge the status quo and invest in her teams across the organization in a supportive manner while recognizing the myriad of efforts that deliver value to Delta.
Since joining Delta in 1994, Shannon has held various leadership positions in numerous divisions including Inflight Service and Supply Chain. Previously, Shannon was the General Manager of Enterprise Corporate Sales, where she was responsible for the globalization and revenue growth of Delta’s largest and most strategic global accounts along with partnership coordination with our Joint Venture partners Air France, KLM, Virgin Atlantic, Korean Air, Aeromexico, West Jet, and LATAM. In addition, Shannon served in multiple roles within Global Sales as a District Sales Manager of the Southeast Region, General Manager of Global Corporate Sales, and General Manager of Global Agency Sales.
Shannon holds a B.S. in Aviation Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. She is a lifelong advocate of the communities she lives in and serves, as well as having a deep connection to all thing NYC. She currently resides in midtown Manhattan. Married for 23 years, she and her Certified Arborist husband, Nathan, and their German Shorthaired Pointer, Wally, enjoy spending time on the beach (any beach!) and relaxing in the sunshine.
