New York Restoration Project is thrilled to welcome Bruce Bozzi as the newest member to join our Board of Trustees. He shares our conviction that access to nature is a fundamental human right and we look forward to working with him to advance NYRP’s environmental justice work.

Read more about Bruce below and see our full Board of Directors here:

A third generation New Yorker, Bruce is the former Executive Vice President of the Palm Restaurant Group where he worked for 35 years and served as a prominent thought leader in the restaurant industry. His great-grandfather was one of the founders of the original Palm restaurant in Manhattan in 1926. With such deep roots in NYC, Bruce is devoted to ensuring green, resilient neighborhoods across the city for all to enjoy.

Bruce currently hosts a popular podcast, “Table for Two,” based on the premise that the best parties always end up in the kitchen. Over the romance of a meal at one of his favorite restaurants, Bruce interviews A-list celebrity friends including Julia Roberts, George Clooney, Jon Bon Jovi and Anna Wintour. Bruce is the co-founder of Mujen Spirits, a Single-Distilled Premium Rice Shochu.

Bruce graduated from the University of Southern California in 1988 with a degree in Communications and currently divides his time between New York and Los Angeles, where he lives with his husband, Bryan Lourd, Co-Chairman and CEO of Creative Artist Agency, and their teenage daughter.
